Children can read to Dallas the Dog on Tuesdays from 4:15 – 5:30 in the Youth Services Department of the Rock Springs Library. Young readers can have ten minutes to read aloud to this “R.E.A.D.” dog and his friend Nancy. Each participant gets to enter a drawing for a new book.
