How do I Get A Library Card

Library cards are issued free of charge to county residents age 16 or older upon a presentation of a photo ID with a permanent address. Cards may be requested at any library branch in our library system. If your photo ID does not show your permanent address, please bring separate proof of address within the county, such as a utility bill, bank statement, rent receipt in your name, etc. Those younger than 16 requesting cards must have a parent or guardian accompany them to sign the application form.

How do I Replace A Lost Library Card

Replace a lost, stolen, damaged or missing library card in person free of charge at any library branch in our library system. You will need to present a photo ID to get a replacement card.

Where Can I Find My PIN

Your PIN is the password associated with your account. Unless you have changed it, the default PIN on your account is WYLD. Please contact the library if you need assistance with your PIN.

How do I Access My Library Account

Your library account can be used to view holds, view checkouts and renew items online. Access your library account by clicking "My Account" at the top right of the library's homepage. Enter your library card and PIN when prompted. Visit Find My Pin for help with your pin.

Can I Renew My Items Online

From the library home page, select "My Account" from the top right. Log in with your library card number and pin. Select the tab labeled Checkouts. Checkmark the box next to the item or items that you wish to renew or checkmark Select All. Then click Renew; a box will ask if you're sure that you want to renew. If you are, select yes. "Checkout(s) successfully renewed" will appear below the renewed item, as well as a new due date.
