Meeting Rooms

The meeting rooms currently have limited availability due to upcoming renovations. Please call the library directly to see if a room is available. 

 

The Sweetwater County Library System provides meeting room space for public, not-for-profit, non-commercial use that adheres to the Meeting Room Rules and Regulations.

• Rock Springs Library (352-6667) - 

  • Frae Hay Room – 15 person capacity – only available during regular library hours

  • Ferrero Room – 85 person capacity – sink, screen & projector available upon request 

• Sweetwater County Library (Green River - 875-3615) - 

  • Multi-purpose room – 85 person capacity – sink, in room projector and screen 

• White Mountain Library (Rock Springs - 362-2665) - 

  • Grace Gasson large meeting room – 136 person capacity – sink, in room projector and screen

  • Grace Gasson small meeting room – 41 person capacity – sink 

  • The large & small meeting rooms (wall divider removed) – 180 person capacity 

  • Large Study Room – 12 person capacity – in room projector and screen – only available during regular library hours
