Meeting Rooms

Please note: Due to pending meeting room renovations, starting May 2024, reservations for rooms can only be made for the next 30 days.

The Sweetwater County Library System provides meeting room space for public, not-for-profit, non-commercial use that adheres to the Meeting Room Rules and Regulations.

  • Frae Hay Room – 15 person capacity – only available during regular library hours

  • Ferrero Room – 85 person capacity – sink, screen & projector available upon request 

• Sweetwater County Library (Green River - 875-3615) - Click Here to Request a Room

  • Multi-purpose room – 85 person capacity – sink, in room projector and screen 

• White Mountain Library (Rock Springs - 362-2665) - Click Here to Request a Room

  • Grace Gasson large meeting room – 136 person capacity – sink, in room projector and screen

  • Grace Gasson small meeting room – 41 person capacity – sink 

  • The large & small meeting rooms (wall divider removed) – 180 person capacity 

  • Large Study Room – 12 person capacity – in room projector and screen – only available during regular library hours  

 

Reserve a meeting room by completing the online meeting room form or by contacting the library in which the meeting room is located. Please call the library if your requested meeting date is less than two weeks away.
